Community Kickstarter Grants will support some of Papua New Guinea’s brightest young leaders to develop, implement and evaluate a community development project, aiming to address the underlying contributors to poverty in their communities.
Local Papua New Guinean issues demand local solutions, and KTF’s Archer Leadership Alumni are some of the nation’s brightest and most passionate leaders. Alumni are invited to submit an application for a Community Kickstarter Grant (CKG), and successful projects will be supported based on: community impact; local partnerships; business proposal; and effective budgeting.
Community Kickstarter Grant recipients will receive funding (up to K10,000) to undertake their community development or social impact project as well as a trip to Australia to gain valuable experience in the field of their project, build networks, and learn from other organisations implementing similar initiatives. Each grant recipient will also be mentored and provided project support and supervision.
Via the Community Kickstarter Grants, we will empower these young leaders to create sustainable change within their own communities.
All Archer Alumni members are eligible to apply for the Grants. Click here to access the online application form.
